Pixpel Administrative Powers Disclosure

Pixpel Launchpad is operated by Pixpel FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (trade license no. 47013369), with its registered office at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Pixpel FZ-LLC retains certain administrative powers over the Launchpad smart contracts, including:

• Pause and Resume Campaigns
• Temporary suspension in case of suspected fraud, technical error, or regulatory/legal notice.
• Campaign Cancellation
• Termination of campaigns where developers breach the Developer Terms or where security/legal grounds require it.
• Fund Withdrawal Control
• Deduction of platform fees as specified in the Whitepaper and Developer Terms.
• Vesting and Liquidity Token Management
• Oversight of vesting and liquidity pool token distribution, as managed through administrator-owned contracts.

These centralized functions are disclosed transparently to users and are exercised only to protect the integrity of the platform and its participants.
