Rocket Conditions

1. Soft Cap & Hard Cap

These values define the funding range of the Rocket.

Soft Cap: The minimum number of coins the Rocket must receive for the sale to be considered successful.
Hard Cap: The maximum limit that can be raised.

Rules:

The Soft Cap must be lower than the Hard Cap.
The Hard Cap must be at least 40% higher than the Soft Cap.

Notes:

A lower Soft Cap allows the sale to succeed with fewer total contributions.
A higher Hard Cap increases the potential amount to be raised before closing.
These parameters help define the fundraising limits without affecting token price directly.
